We present available mortgage note opportunities matched to your return objectives and risk profile. Notes range from $50,000 to $1,000,000 with 6–12 month terms.

Receive Monthly Payments

Once invested, interest payments are distributed monthly on the last Friday of each month. At loan payoff, you receive your principal plus any accrued interest.

All loans carry comprehensive hazard insurance coverage
Each loan is backed by a clear title insurance policy that transfers to you as the investor
Borrowers are fully vetted with comprehensive background checks
Group note participation available — fractional ownership with two or more investors to mitigate risk

Investment Details

Returns & Note Terms

  • Earn 8–11% interest on notes secured by real estate — most returns are 10%
  • Short-term notes: 12-month term, interest paid monthly on the last Friday of the month
  • Long-term notes: up to 5 years for buy-and-rent strategies — returns of 6–8%, less competition from other buyers
  • 5-year notes secured by non-owner-occupied properties at no more than 65% LTV
  • Note sizes range from $50,000 to $1,000,000
  • Minimum investment: $50,000

Liquidity & Reinvestment

  • When your mortgage pays off, you receive principal plus any accrued interest for that month
  • In most cases, Prime Pinnacle will have a new loan opportunity ready immediately for seamless reinvestment
  • In an emergency, we will make every effort to sell your note to another investor at no cost to you
  • In rare cases where no buyers are available, notes may be sold at a discount
  • Group note participation available — two or more investors holding fractional ownership

  • Yes — real estate is one of the most popular assets among self-directed IRA investors
  • Use your SDIRA to invest in mortgage notes, single or multi-family homes, and more
  • Real estate values don't fluctuate with the stock market — adds resilience to your retirement portfolio

  • Traditional IRA investments allow you to defer taxes on contributions and earnings until distribution

Security & Insurance

  • All mortgage notes are insured using a Lender's Mortgage Title Policy that transfers to you upon purchase
  • Properties are also covered by an Owner's Title Policy and Property Insurance Policy
  • Hard money loan terms average 12 months — limiting time sensitivity to price fluctuations
  • Average LTV of 65% provides a substantial equity cushion below your invested capital
  • All borrowers vetted through comprehensive background checks prior to loan origination
